Lil Ninja is designed for young ninjas aged 4 to 5, providing a fun and engaging introduction to physical fitness through simple obstacle challenges such as climbing, jumping, and crawling. The class will build young ninjas a love for movement while developing key physical skills, laying a solid foundation for future athletic development
Grip Strength
Bar Hanging is a key element we also often practice in the class, where lil ninjas practice basic dead hangs to improve grip strength and body awareness. This exercise helps them transition more smoothly into advanced Ninja Warrior Movements later on
Game Time
Throughout the course, kids also take part in dynamic fitness games, allowing them to stay fully engaged while discovering the joy and excitement of obstacle-based activities.
