How it works

Train. Then compete.

Every age group gets its own training session and its own competition, so kids race against their own birth years.

Training

Optional coached preparation before your competition: strength and conditioning, obstacle skills, course rhythm, strategy and pacing.

Race the course against kids born in the same years. Speed competitions for every group; 2013–2016 also get a Skill competition.
